How do we classify mifi units pictured? Their boards? They are a real pain to disassemble.

Mobile hotspot boards are high peripheral, low if shields are left on.

If we do not disassemble them, how are they treated? What category?

I doubt it would be anywhere near as high as modern cell phone (since cell boards are ~4x higher than high peripheral), could be as low as small take apart, which I'd lean towards.

I've never sent in whole units like these so maybe someone else can provide input, otherwise it's a great question for Chris.
