Hi! Getting back into the game. Are these telecom boards and should I clip off the blue capacitors?

I can see a sealant of some kind on the closer one for sure, maybe the further as well. Without the sealant the further seems low telco and the closer high telco but I would assume the sealant is going to negatively affect the grades. Email boardsort a link to this post to get an official grade and they can determine if the sealant is an issue in this case or not.

That sealant can turn an otherwise decent board into a messy sort, especially around the components.ю
