These are heating elements from a toaster oven. I thought there was a thread about this but I did a search and didn't find anything. Really no idea what to do with them. I really dont want to just toss it into steel because im convinced its worth more, as long as you know.

Never seen this. Came from an microphone/speaker amplifier. Old looking internals.

Heating elements... some yards have special classes they fall into. Others will class them in with a high grade steel rate. The run 15-25¢ per pound.
If your offered dirty steel then go elsewhere.
The lowest I'd accept it lt iron clean. 5¢-15¢

The board is peripheral

Last photo cbm#3 or #4. Leave them attached to the boards in the future if it's midgrade.
You should probably leave it even on low grade depending on lg board rates. Cbm 3 is 10-20¢ and #4 is 5-15¢ just leave some other junk on the board as well so they aren't annoyed at you. ;)
