I’m a bit old skool. lol.
From the BBS days.
Yes it’s hex. Binary shows up as a phone number on mobile and I didn’t want to risk anyone calling Mars or something.

Yep. Worked for CompuServe and was a beta tester for AOL. Admin for Snake Net BBS. Until the Sysop disappeared one day. Had my own for a while. 976 number. lol (phone bills were expensive back then, so the caller paid).

The golden old days when email took 12 hours to download “hello” in fancy fonts. When you rebuilt your own bios to make cards load. Set jumpers and relays. And when searches gave you what you asked for, not what it thinks you want to see.

Oh ,how far we've come !? I still have a manila envelope full of printed off email office jokes and a 50ft. long telephone cord still in the pkg. I remember when porn was on a bbs,lol,and dial-up!!! We never dreamed we'd be walking around with computers in our pockets! Too good!
