It looks like the Motorola gold chips I posted earlier, but instead of being socketed, it is soldered in with a heatsink.

Pictures are of front and back, and a picture of the side of the chip to show the gold pins.

As is the board is telco. I doubt that's a gold cap but if you want to spin the sink off with a screw driver to find out.

Not worth removing the whole CPU though.

Taking it off is pointless, you'd get pinless CPU rate.
The board is worth more as telco with it on there.
