I was able to ID some of the boards as peripheral, but need some help on others. A few have the tell-tale brown side of a low grade but have tons of heat sinks and other stuff on them.

And I assume the two round things are motors that can go in my small motor bucket?

Definitely motors. CBM #2
I'll go with peripheral here
Peripheral; it it was working ebay it. That's an expansion controller

This board is peripheral. Gold ports. The attached wire you have options.
A) As is pull it loose and toss the whole wire connectors and all in gold pin connector
B)Cut the rectangular rows of gold dots from the wire the wire gets mixed wire the dot rectangles get gold finger rate
C)Gamble; very careful use an xacto sickle blade to remove the beads for gold pin examination and quote. Gold content varies from 10%-23kt

Midgrade. I strip these completely. The switches have a silver or gold plated copper sheet in them. Crack one open you have the results for all on the board

Lowgrade. You can use narrow end tin snips to cut the heat sinks off and robogrips or lock jaws to yank the aluminium canister capacitors off (Al#1 and #3 respectively). Rest just dump in lowgrade pile or copper shred.
