Looking for a little help with these items, I am breaking down some old "bag phones" inside there are 3 boards in each unit, are they all considered cell phone boards? The hand set and the screen board I am sure are. It is the large board from inside the metal unit that I am curious about.

I tore two phones apart identical to yours and the boards inside were graded peripheral. There's little gold plating on the 'bag phones', thus the lower grade. The shells the large board came out of are aluminum, and the LCD panel on the handset has a peripheral grade board behind it.
