I struggle with where the break is between Telco, Peripheral and Mid Grade.

Telco is based on density and difficult to classify.
It’s also ultimately up to the person weighing them in and handling your order.
Think of it as a sort of floating class with a tide. What makes it today may not tomorrow. And vis-à-vis. I know that’s not solid but it’s the best I can do. I have things knocked up or down on that telco class often enough to know it’s a fluid class.
