ok so im wondering how to sort these ic chips out and also I would like to know which way will earn you the most i.e. separating the chips from the mobo or leaving them all in tact some of them are ceramic Ic chips

Any with gold legs will go at, or above, black fibre chips
any without gold legs are IC chips

leave and remove ICs is a long discussion and there is no real "correct" answer for everyone.
