Unfortunately not. Excluding the EEPROM from AO the memory is all single layer.
The board itself is not a fill or sandwich, and the actual controller is a non integrated memory standard ic.
Generally the only video cards that go telco are some diamond ed cards, Gold series Blaster cards, and old FirePro cards with gold caps, gold layers, gold... everything.
