Hello,
I am trying to see if it makes sense to try depopulating these boards or just sending them in as is. The faceplates are riveted on and don't seem easy to remove. Also not certain what else I would need to remove to get high telecom grade. Any tips would be appreciated.

Tip for this kind of setup.

1/10” carbide or titanium drill bit.

Drill through the rivet and then use a size 1 or larger standard (flat
Head) screwdriver to pop it loose.

Takes a bit of practice to get the slight angle that makes the removing part easy but only takes a few seconds.
