Hello, for best pricing results, should the CPU's and memory be removed from the motherboard? Is the listed price for large & small socket motherboards with CPU and memory installed?

ram and cpus have their own categories that pay much higher than the motherboard. refer to the payout rates and you will see the significant difference for yourself.

Thank very good to know. Another questions please. For the CPU's (AMD & Celeron) is it recommended or necessary to remove the thin metal plate heat sink shield on the CPU's?

I wouldn't remove it.

Without the shield if you don’t break the chip, it’s AMD ceramic no metal. Use gentle aggression from the corners with a flat (standard) screwdriver to pop the top if you try.
