I have a number of aluminum/copper heat sinks that I've removed from laptops. Provided other metals, plastic, etc have been removed, should I remove thermal paste, as well as all paper stickers to insure I can have them graded as clean? That's once again for your input.

Removing the paste is debatable. I don’t believe Boardsort as a real policy as long as it’s not wet and gooey. If it peals or rubs off remove it. If it’s hard and solid and baked on ignore it.

Paper? Those tiny little qc stickers?
you should remove them. But missing just one isn’t the end of the world.
