I pried a heatsink off a board and it managed to pull off the gold corner BGA with it. I can't seem to separate the two. I tried using a heat gun to soften the glue, but that didn't quite do it. Any thoughts? Thanks

You’ve got yourself a merged sink.
The suggestions are right. Slow and gentle with a knife
