A FedEx business account is still the best option. As an example a 12x-12x-12 box that weighs 10lbs is almost the same as the same box at 50lbs. The smaller the boxes you send the better the rates. (Just remember to put your packing slip in each box for boardsort and send Chris all the tracking numbers or the primary shipment number).
That aside. USPS has a “large” flat rate box called the board game box. I found it to be the best for shipping boards flat rate. You can only get them by ordering them (for free) from the usps website.
UPS is faster. But there’s little public rationality to their pricing.
I’ve mentioned before for online sellers and buyers. See if your site of choice has a shipping program. And if they allow non-sales shipping. A lot of local and regional company work together outside of the consumer channels (eg post office delivering dhl and UPS). TNT, Midnight, Rapid Packet, Ninja/Panda Etp.
