What is the best thing to do with this power supply? Any idea on where to find a screwdriver that will fit this odd screw?

That’s a standard Philips “security” screw. You can probably get a bit for a driver at a local hardware store.
Lowes, Home Depot, Ace...
that’s probably a #2 or #3 screw size. 2 will normally fit into 3 as well, but never the other way.
Just tell them you need a #2 bit for a Philips security screw. They usually come as a set of 2 or 4.

I can’t find my Philips ones off hand but very similar to these above.

I have some like that too but I don't have any Phillips security screw drivers.I can post a picture later if needed.
