Are hard drive motors accepted ? I see other hard drive components here but can't find any category for motors.

Yes. They can be quoted as motors. Under metals.

Most of those motors have a gold finger or printer style gold foil on the ribbon/plastic ribbon attached to the motor; I would strip/peel them off before you toss em' in motors.

Q: Would those cut-offs or ribbon pieces be able to fit into gold finger category?
