When I go to back my boxes to ship out, how should I divde out the components?
Do i need seperate boxes for each type? Or throw into one big box label it all? Do I even need to to have it sorted in the box? I only have about 40lbs of stuff today to send.

It does need some sorting.
You can put items in smaller boxes and put those boxes in a bigger box.
You can sort and use long zip ties. I do that currently with the above.
If you have enough to jam a box tight you can just sort in layers. Or out something between class layers (I use thin paperboard).
The premise though as pointed out in the various stickies, is for the dock receivers to grab a pile and weigh it.
Esoup, a giant mixed pile of boards, is unlikely to get midgrade let alone anything higher.

Or... send as many boxes as you need per order. Just send Chris an email with all the tracking numbers and your order number and be SURE to have the order printout in each box.
