So I have cell phone boards as pictured from older cell phones from
Flip style to blackberry phones they boards are very easy to identify.
My question is when you get into the newer Android and IPhones it’s not
The same as the traditional cell phone boards as posted in the description.
I am submitting a few pictures of what I mean, photo one is easy, but the
Next photos are exactly what comes out of IPhones 4, 5, and 6. As you can see there is a difference and lots of little parts like cameras, small pins, and I save everything but the plastic if there is gold on it or what looks like gold it goes in the tray. Is this the cell phone board rate and what about the metal on the iPhone boards it’s not easy to remove. Curious on your thoughts?

1 (bottom) is easy and correct.
2 screen back board and long one with sim slot and CPU on it are cell. Rest is high telco (actual boards), peripheral, remaining components, mixed wire, wire free of components, and midgrade, gold pin vibrators.
3 A mix of peripheral, mixed wire, and gold pin connectors.

Lost as you can see in the photos some of the boards have metal shields on them, must I go through all the boards and remove the metal? I can’t think that thin metal would add much weight.

If it’s intended to be removable it needs to be removed. Such as tension based spreaders. These all look soldered. So a free pass on those
