So I've read thru a few post & the price guide. Honestly was interested in ram pricing but since there's room in the box might as well ship some boards. However, I don't really understand the difference in board grading. So here's what I got. Its about 4 lb & 7 oz. What are you recommendations & modifications?

That's a lot to throw in one photo.

Read Lostinlodos' guide

I'm going to point to this post for some general grading advice from several people.

Also the Payout List which if you click or hover over each grade there's an example image.

Finally, any wires on the board should be removed, any heatsinks/fans that are easily detached can be safely removed in most cases (especially if copper) and batteries (I didn't see any but) make sure they're removed.

You have a rather large mix here. From low grade power to CD-ROM boards.

Btw gold pin mice go as low peripheral.
