 Post subject: “Flip-Chip” BGA’s

I assume that the category “Flat Pack No Gold Tab” would encompass ANY BGA that is not a good tabbed one? If so, would that include “flip chip” BGA’s? Pulling up the picture looks exactly like a flip chip to me, but wanted to make sure I’m not missing something here?
