I thoroughly searched the forums and did not find an answer to this question. If I'm shipping modern smartphones with no cover / no battery, does the screen need to be fully intact without any cracks? I have more than a handful of phones with cracked screens, I didn't know if they qualified for this category. If cracked screen phones are accepted, should I throw clear tape on the screen to prevent glass shards from breaking off?

Tape over any cracks.
