This is tough. With the finger on, those flip chip ICs should all have silveride caps on the bottom if they’re original... no steel excess; just barely telco is my thought

Another edge case. There’s more junk on this but those pulse transformers have silver and manganese, not copper and iron. The gold pin port. And a massive finger. Again I lean telco on the lowest end of it

Again lean low end of telco. Data sheet says the box is a regulator not a battery. But the product design doesn’t match up. Even without a case or cover it would be totally the wrong form factor. So I question if the number has been reused
Wait a day or so for mls to chime in: and if they don’t follow my battery rule. When in doubt remove it. It’s not worth the danger.
