Again peripheral. While you’ve got the ic population there’s a lot of open board space, a large rf unit, ports etc.

Telco for me is the hardest catagory to grasp. They are very strict on what is "telco".

what if I cut that top left section out where all the big chips are :-D would that make a small telco-graded board and a big peripheral board?

half kidding...

not surprised it was peripheral though for the reasons you noted...just was hoping it'd class better

It’s extremely rare for television/monitor boards to make telco.
