Remove the heatsink that is in the top left corner though, It should come off easily with a flathead screwdriver. Toss it with your aluminum that you sell to your local scrap yard.

i thought we could leave the little heatsinks on motherboards if so that you will get more leaving it on

I always remove any I find on boards that I get. In my opinion, it's something extra that needs to go as you may find in scrapping that the more 'clean' an item is, the more it's worth.
