I have spent many hours trying to find out about these lousy things and have uncovered very little for my efforts; this is what Iv'e got so far:
The following appears on the metal plates on the backs of these things:

*Intel Confidential i mc '04
* Intel Itanium 2 i mc '06
* Intel Itanium i mc '06
* Nothing
* Nothing

Presumably it cant hurt to just send them in with other stuff but it would be nice to have some idea of what they are and if they have any value??

Leave the caps on. It doesn’t change the class.
