Don't have much to say on this. Although with slimline/laptop cd drives, are those boards also considered cd/dvd drive boards?

First everything shown is telco.
You can pop some of those ICs out too. You need only about 50% coverage for telco rate without steel to downgrade it.
So my suggestion is pop any ceramics out. Looks like most would clear at least pentium/Mac ceramic class.
Second, use a slip jaw or robo-grip pliers to smash ONE each of the blue and red dip switch units. These are old enough to have gold plated balls; or even solid gold balls, inside. Be careful doing so: many such dip switches have overpowered springs inside and the balls go flying. But; if they have gold balls you can remove them from ALL the switches without downgrading the boards. They can be sent in for a ‘gold pin’ style custom scan and quote.
Third and finally, the NEC board has a ‘class 3’ controller. The middle of the three DIP ICs. Picture 2 lower row middle column. Remove it carefully and post it on ebay... using the numbers on the top of the chip to ID it. Fetches $15-$20 normally. Takes a while to find a buyer who needs it though so be patient.

Just out of curiosity, per the boards with gold fingers, they would go for the same Telecom Board rate with or without the gold fingers, correct? So it would be smart to trim off those gold fingers, correct?

Thank you lost! I look forward to you looking over my other posts. I'm making an unplanned run on Friday. Was going to go at the end of the summer after I had time to catch up, but we are suddenly buying a new house so I have to move these asap to make up some lost money.

Again thank you.
