Do i need to label the box with a lithium ion battery sticker? just a coup
will ups handle that if i mention it?

State laws vary but federally as long as it’s less than 3 OR less than 4 if one is in a device, no
Generally a good idea to label or sticker the box anyway. Like amazon and Apple do when sending a single device.
The down side to the law is that labelled boxes must ship ground transport. So no priority mail flat rate but UPS normally doesn’t cause any issue, and neither does FedEx.
The post office is a bit $&@% about batteries so I always label and ship them with Fedex; ups works too.

ups came out cheaper for me. i found an old label on some random amazon box for the lithium warning
