If I take the motors off will I get Peripheral or low grade Telco? The boards are from an old PBX.

In my opinion, none of these boards can get Low Grade Telecom so you probably don't need to remove anything. But wait for Lostinlodos to reply.

Do we need to sort our boards by different grades of Peripheral boards?

Yes, you should sort between Low Grade Peripheral and High Grade Peripheral.

Could you break down what the boards need to qualify for Low Grade Peripheral, Peripheral, and High Grade Peripheral?
