 Post subject: chip id's please.

not sure whether to classify these as gold corner flat packs, CPU's, or just IC chips.

Most BGA chips fall into one of the two “flatpack” classes.
Ceramics and gold caps need pictures and a review though.

The chips in the picture in the original post are unfortunately not gold tab.

They are easily confused with the actual gold tab because of that little triangle in the corner but a real gold tab is much larger and fills the entire corner all the way to the cap.
