Are these considered IC chips? I've been scrapping a few computer power supplies and noticed a lot of these.

Unless something has changed ICs need to have a minimum of 6 legs. So these wouldn't be considered ICs by boardsort.

I think i have seen 6 legs somewhere, but I cant find it.
