Would like to know are these WIRED PINBOARD FOR 10$/POUND OR JUST PIN BOARD FOR 4.50$/POUND

Doesn't look like either. While there are some gold plated posts on the back that's about all there is of value that I know of. The white boxes are lights, datasheet here

I'm guessing midgrade at best.

Might be able to sell the lights on eBay ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
