Ohhhh! Fish tank macs!
There’s value there to the machines as resale.

Take them apart and you’ll get:
A display that is hard to get rid of legally
A small socket motherboard,
An Apple CPU
A low grade power board
Memory
Socketed ICs

Maybe
Wireless card
Tv/radio tuner card

They run dead about $10+
And working up to around $100 on average.

The keyboards can fetch between $10-$50
Take the keyboard apart you get low peripheral and a small high peripheral on the first release.

The second run gives you midgrade and a small high peripheral.

Look into it. If your the craft hobby diy type.
Those are popular for making fish tanks out of.
I’ve seen people sell actual fish tank macs for $50 on Mcr and Etsy etc. sometimes more. Think it costs about $25 or so to make from what I’ve read.

Even just the shells are worth at least $20 on eBay, as people use them to make fish tanks.
