Do ceramic ICs pay the same as plastic ones?

Going to repost the link to Lostinlodos' CPU/IC breakdown.

The gold cap gold pins has 8018 on it so that probably can go 386/486 class (see above link to confirm)

The gold pins ceramic should be Pentium/Mac ceramic

The other probably needs to be reviewed by Chris, not sure if any of the forum guys would know (maybe ccussins? Lostinlodos would, but he's been taking a break on grading to get other stuff done)
