Unsure what type of server mobo this is. Any help helps... thanks!

With only one socket I imagine this would fall under Small or Metal Socket GREEN Motherboard

Well, there are 2 sockets on the board but only 1 was used. Does that make a difference?

A second socket was never installed from the way it looks, therefore it is not a Multi-Socket anything.

But I could be wrong, if nobody else can offer a different opinion I would recommend contacting Chris (Boardsort) to see what they say.
