I basically know "low telecom", but the sample photo appears to me to be mostly ferrite/copper transformers and analog diodes,etc. Maybe there are some IC components that don't show well in that photo, but just from what I see, I would throw that one in midgrade or low peripheral at best. Clarification?
I am referring to the photo shown in the guide/price guide for low telecom. Can you look at the photo on the payout rate sheet and tell me what I am not seeing?

I’ve discussed that photo before too.
His given me some sort of explanation (2ce) that I don’t understand.
The takeaway is a large thick gold pin array. High quality components. Etc.

But it’s definitely confusing (isn’t all scrapping).
Personally I would have said low peripheral. ;)
