7C green fiber no metal
7D no pin CPU
7E green fiber no metal
7F motorola gold top
7G high peripheral
7H not sure, remove the metal shield.

I don't think that is a metal shield, but it seems to have an IC on the bottom. If 7G is H G Periph then it seems like 7H would be the same.

Sorry, I thought that was a metal shield, and didn't notice the IC on the bottom.
