These were out of some surplus NASA equipment that I got from someone who didn't want it (they wanted the Alienware desktops in the same pallet of surplus).

Anyway the boards are HP and appear to be littered with gold and some, unique to me, chips. Thoughts?

Also there are a couple of these glass tubes that don't appear to have any kind of fuse or element connecting the caps, anyone know what they are?
