I could use assistance with determining at what grade this board should be rated. I know it is from a telcom system, but I am unsure what level it should be and if any additional processing is necessary (removing that 2nd level board to have 2 separate boards)?

Top board would definitely be high telco on it's own.

Ignore, go to edit***The bottom board, you'd have to take the top off for anyone to be sure. Likely it'll be telco, but depending on what's there, or not, it could be high peripheral (I doubt it would be less than that).

Together I'm hesitant to guess but low or high telco is most likely, highly dependent on the bottom board.

EDIT***
Realized I ignored the gold fingers. Whoops. So I still think remove the top board for high telco. The bottom board probably can get clean GFC but possibly high telco depending on what's there.

I think the bottom will be able to get high telco as well. Top is definitely high telco.
