I have these AMD CPUs, and am trying to see if they would be AMD ceramic or brown fiber. I couldn't see anything about their materials online so figured I'd ask here.

That is ceramic, I actually have two similar chips at home I had been meaning to ask about in case they didn't fit quite into the AMD ceramic w/metal category. But that's where I would put it.
