2. Low telecom
3. Low telecom if you remove the bracket
4. Not sure, somewhere between high peripheral and low telecom

With the 3 gold tab flat packs and two other large ICs I would think this board can make the high telecom class. It's hard to tell because I can't zoom in on the picture.
