How would boards like this be graded? I believe they are old 16 or 32kb memory boards. I find it hard to believe they go for under $20 a pound with the number of high grade components. I mean, you can see the gold wires inside..
This is probably the worst condition of the ones I have.

On here, "gold cap/gold edge/cnc board" currently $7.75/lb.
This applies, in your case, to a board that contains IC's that are gold capped, albeit one or a bunch.
I would recommend this route if you had a giant board with a single gold capped IC. But since yours has many, and if they have gold legs as well and are able to be removed, you could get the gold leg IC price, which is much nicer, but then you devalue the board to zilch.
You could probably grab a few more bucks elsewhere, but the juice is only worth the squeeze if your buyer also thinks it is, so price accordingly.

Unless boardsort gives you special pricing for this board you could remove the chips with a heat gun and sell them as gold chips. The depopulated board could go as peripheral since it has nice gold fingers
