 Post subject: Tantalum Caps ID, Help

Hey everyone, I got a bunch of tantalum, maybe, capacitors, and I’m just trying to see if they are the right material or not. I’m cleaning all extra unwanted stuff off, and removing what aren’t obviously caps, just not sure about a few of them. Just looking to see if someone could shed some light on this. Thanks

You need to do some internet research on various styles of tants. There is a lot out there. They come in various packages. Axial. Tear drop. SMD. Here is a good tutorial. To start.
