They’re low grade.
Your best bet is a local yard where you’ll get some sort of copper breakage rate.

I'm driving to Michigan soon from VA and stopping by Boardsort. Would they give a better price then a local yard?

With some rare exceptions boardsort tends to be higher. But the low end of copper breakage is around 10-15c right now.
