so I was definitely tempering my grading on the fact that catwhisker thought it was high Telco which is why I thought it might could get low Telco altogether. But knowing that was not the case, then I stick with high peripheral on the main board and high Telco on the Wi-Fi module.

High Per for the main board. High Tel for the smaller board; it might actually go as a laptop WiFi card.

BS will buy SIM cards if you have enough quantity. You'll have to contact to see instructions. I remove all SIM cards or personal information cards from anything. People trust me to recycle and data destroy anything that is given to me or bought. I feel it should be a common practice to protect and remove these items when in this profession.
