This is a new style for me. An aluminum metal strip, 2 inches wide, 14 inches long, 1/8 thick , bare back but nicely populated on front. I don't remember what they came from. Have 8 of them. If they grade no higher than low/mid grade, I will probably keep them, use in art projects. Oh, you actually believe I ever create any art out of the junk I save...well, there may be a first time one time when I get the time, but since I have no time yet, I'll wait for the right time to time it right for all those plns.
Once I almost committed recycled art. I had a bunch of silver contacts, and asked visiting metal hammering master about recycling the unrefined contacts into jewelry.
The gentleman wasn't so gentle when he told me the project could be used to decorate my coffin, as some silver contacts contain Cadmium as hardner, and cadmium poisoning tends to kill dreams by killing the dreamers.

You could have joined the ranks of 18th century hat makers. Mercury nitrate poisoning. Beaver hats had a price to pay by the maker. Thus the saying. " Mad as a hatter". That was a decent individual to nip your dream in the bud.
Is it a flex circuit or expoxy circuit "glued to the strip"? Maybe just harvest the ICs. Thats one you almost have to have it in hand for a closer look.
Here to learn like everybody else

Maybe it wasn't the fumes, but skin contact with the silver containing the other metals? I didn't press the issue or even research the toxicity. But I am wary of ni-cad batteries. supermans kryptonite, The Lone Rangers Silver bullet and Beaver Hats. Picked up a roadkill beaver last year. That sucker had paws as big as mine, a tail that was almost as broad as mine, and weighed about 70 pounds. If you ever want to awaken quickly, just be half asleep while night fishing for walleye on Fontana Lake after midnight, surrounded by near vertical mountains (front of boat tied to bush on bank, rear of boat over 90 feet of water) and Mr. B decides to slap his tail on the water. You might as well shoot off a shotgun in a barrel . As to that board, I don't see any thickness to the blue . I guess I'll scrape a spot and pry one of the chips loose.

I talked to a Silversmith about the same thing once. He said no way he could utilize silver contacts from electrical components, too many toxic things to potentially breath. He advised I could send to kitco, where he sent his scrap, and in return they might send me silver wire. Or cash ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
