Do these connectors from patch panels go as connector ends? I busted open the double rj45 to show what's inside. The double 25 pin connector has gold color inside, but wasn't sure if that piece goes as a connector end.

the pink thing IDK I"m assuming its what you pulled out of the rj45 end ? if so its a connector end. The other 2 could be, do they have gold pins ? if they have gold pins its a connector end too.

I added a poorly made.. I mean well made flow chart to help out, some might even call it the best flow cart ever, I'm really good at making flow charts, some might even say the best at it, but no it really is a beautiful flow cart. My friend who makes flow charts is really good at making flow charts too, so good he does it for a living yet he can't even make a flow chart this good, that's just how good I am at making flow charts. And pay no attention to the bubble in the middle of the chart, it is ok, the bubble is just over reacting.

I have a less whimsical flow chart I made from when I was working at a scrap yard.

Yes those are both connector ends. It may be pretty easy to pull the jack pins out at this point if you have a pile of gold plated pins, just bend and slide out.
