Can these go with my low grade boards like they are or do I have to take anything off of them?

Low/mid grade for sure.

I would take off the copper toroids, aluminum heat sinks, and copper spools. Possibly other items but I am not sure.

No reason to remove anything from these unless you know you can sell the pieces pulled for more.

The smallest board I'd go low grade
Middle board mid grade
Large board, thinking mid grade
