Its ram, but!!! it does not fall into any of the ram scrap category as far as I know, IDK what it would go as, high peripheral maybe ? I would wait for others to chime in.

At least high Telco. Not sure if it can get a better rate. If nobody else can offer a definitive assessment I'd email Chris to see how he'd take it

Is it RAM or some kind of old style L2 cache module? Not that it effects the scrap category, but I'm just wondering. The only info I can see on it it the HP logo.

Do you have just one or several? If you have several I would send Chris an email because there's a big difference between high grade telecom and RAM.

the chips on it are dram and cache tends to use sram, that much I know. I'm betting this is ram for a old laptop or portable system, maybe from a server or scsi card. But TBH I don't know what it come out of. I never much been around older HP stuff.
