I have around 200 driver boards from an Adaptive LED sign, all identical, fully populated as pulled. I will be removing all the coin cells. I am wondering what grade these would fall into...peripheral low, Mid Grade? I have attached front and back photo of one.

I am not familiar with that board.
In your front photo. Does that have stacked boards? The LEDs mounted on small boards that are then mounted to the main board. If so. What is under those small boards can help in a proper evaluations.

Unfortunately they're soldered together, not socketed, I'm betting there little to nothing between them.

Low peripheral should be safe. Not sure how the light array portions are assembled and if anything can be removed easily from them, like plastic or metal, or if it's significant enough to raise the grade by removing. I'm not one for removing much but if you get that far, then pulling the two screws and the toroid too would probably be enough to throw in high peripheral

I submitted front and back photos to F.R.E.D.
Came back as Midgrade.
Getting the light array removed. Removing toroids.
I feel Low Peripheral easily.
